As a registered dietitian, Katie believes nutrition and health is not just about a "calories in, calories out" mentality. She specializes in eating disorder care using an evidenced based, non-diet framework to encourage healthy eating and nutrition education for all. As someone that does not subscribe to diet culture, she is dedicated to spreading the message that all food is good food when practicing balance, variety, and moderation. Utilizing a patient-centered and weight-neutral approach, she develops individualized plans and sets realistic goals with her clients to create long-lasting changes to one’s health and well-being.
